Recruiting Strategy

My purpose in this thread?? of course.. "Recruiting New Member"

and i hope.. this thread was functioned to be your idea container. (ahh.. not really container i think.)
Let's start from me.

my opinion :

we need a big boom moment.. when all of us can online in the same time.
actually.. i prefer on sunday or saturday..

of course.. we need all senate and guild leader to be online.. at least one senate..
and then.. when many of member were online... do your job. recruiting as many as possible


(If you confused.. here is the procedure):
1. all of paragons member are online in the same time...
2. for example.. inexo recruit one new member..
3. and then.. he/she see that many member are online... @_@
4. after that... the new member feel so comfort.. (whoaahhh.. i like this guild << said the new member)
5. and become the permanent paragons member.. xD


one more thing :
reason,, why i think for this strategy..

because.. almost all recruited member were recruited while all of us were offline.
that's why. we easily lost of our's new member..
when we are going to recruit him/her back in a big boom moment..
they wont accept our invitation.. because they have their first own perception to paragons..

sounds good only problem is the time zone thing but Nizz will be OL alot

What we need is at least one senate active at all time ... I can take care of the first CW at 6am and through the day up to 12 and sometimes during the night after 11pm if I'm not sleepy

With rotations we can get it through I don't know if things changed but usually this guild get most of its active users around 4pm to around midnight or so.
